Wake Labs is a learning company built on one simple idea: life changes when you become conscious of your choices. Through English language education and creative platforms like the Awake Sleeper podcast, Wake Labs equips learners with practical skills, confidence, and the awareness to express themselves clearly and live intentionally. We believe language is more than words it’s a tool for growth, connection, and becoming fully present in your own life.
Our Mission
- Empower local and international students to become full participants through excellent instruction in language, cultural awareness, and study skills;
- Assist students with their academic and non-academic needs and connect them to other ESL resources;
- Provide quality programs for learners with specialized English needs and goals;
- Develop and conduct high quality English language proficiency assessment;
- Contribute to the advancement of and provide leadership for the TESOL profession.
Our Vision
Wake Labs is an educational institution that fosters a culture of global openness. The company embraces this mission through its teaching and testing initiatives which support ESL students and the ESL community at large. Wake Labs exports its expertise through its initiatives, and programs for local schools, colleges, universities, private and public sector institutions. As a unit, we are dedicated to serving the current local student population who, because English is not their first language, often need support and additional English instruction prior to beginning their academic programs and during the early months and even years of their programs. In that capacity, Wake Labs enriches the educational experiences of domestic and international students and of the entire ESL community.
